This harness increases the load to LED bulbs allowing the light to blink at a standard rate(the LED lights that blink rapidly will work normally after installation). The harness has a standard straight PL-3 female taillight plug on one end to connect to an existing pigtail and a standard 90° PL-3 male taillight plug on the other end.
